Project Manager - Heavy Civil Construction A well-established construction and excavation firm specializing in earthwork, underground utilities, and design-assist projects is seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Project Manager. This role requires strong communication skills and proven experience managing budgets, schedules, and stakeholder relationships efficiently and effectively.
