Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing budgets, timelines, and team coordination for various renovation and ground-up projects in hospitals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and healthcare professionals to ensure project specifications are met.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards during all phases of construction.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the healthcare construction vertical.
- Proven experience managing budgets and timelines effectively.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and regulations, especially in hospital settings.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

Salary : $110,000 - $140,000
