Project Manager - Electrical Construction

We build complex electrical projects across Texas and Oklahoma, and we are hiring a proven Project Manager to take full ownership from buyout through closeout. You will lead budgets, schedules, and teams on commercial, industrial, healthcare, and mission critical work, partnering with strong BIM and prefabrication resources. Responsibilities

• Own project financials, including monthly forecasts, job cost reports, and cash flow through schedule of values and progress billings
• Lead handoff from preconstruction, set up cost codes, and build the project plan and procurement roadmap
• Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and all logs with tight document control
• Buy out major materials and equipment, plan releases, and coordinate vendors and deliveries
• Partner with Superintendents on production tracking, constructability, manpower planning, and weekly jobsite meetings
• Drive schedule adherence, safety, quality, and client satisfaction across the full project lifecycle
• Coordinate with BIM and prefab teams to optimize installation sequencing and reduce rework
• Develop scopes for subcontractors, negotiate terms, and manage performance
• Mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers to ensure consistent best practices
  
  

Qualifications

• Several years managing electrical construction projects with strong results on budget, schedule, cash flow, and change management
• Deep proficiency in cost control and progress billing, comfortable building and defending schedules of values
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organization skills in both field and office environments
• Ability to read drawings, coordinate with BIM and prefab, and make sound constructability decisions
• Experience in one or more sectors such as commercial, healthcare, industrial, government, or critical power
• Safety first mindset and proven ability to build trust with GCs, owners, vendors, and field leaders
• Fluency with core project tools such as Excel, Bluebeam, and a major construction management platform
