We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee K-12 educational projects with a focus on DSA compliance. The ideal candidate will manage project timelines, budgets, and team collaboration while ensuring that all designs meet the necessary architectural and educational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and implementation of K-12 projects while ensuring compliance with DSA regulations.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
- Manage project teams, providing direction and support to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
- Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 5 years of experience in project management within the K-12 educational sector.
- Experience with DSA processes and guidelines is essential.
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as Revit.
- Licensure as an Architect (NCARB, AIA) is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
