Project Manager - Civil
Position Overview
Industry-leading construction company seeks a Civil Project Manager to oversee and manage infrastructure projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects from planning through execution and closure.
- Prepare project schedules, budgets, and forecasts, and monitor progress against these metrics.
- Manage project resources, including labor, materials, and subcontractors, to ensure project goals are met.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of RFIs, submittals, and change orders during the project lifecycle.
- Conduct take-offs and provide accurate cost estimates for project planning and bidding.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and other safety standards on-site.
- Coordinate with civil engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
- Provide regular project updates to clients and stakeholders, addressing any concerns or changes as necessary.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years heavy civil/infrastructure experience (working on roads, bridges, tunnels, docks, utilities, or other infrastructure projects)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bridge experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
- Sage experience a plus
- OSHA experience a plus
