Project Manager - Construction Management

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager in Construction Management to oversee and lead construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, while effectively managing stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from planning to execution.
• Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Manage project risks by identifying potential issues and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, ensuring effective communication throughout the project.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and methodologies.
• Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with risk management and compliance standards in construction.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred.
