- Plan and coordinate all aspects of concrete projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Lead project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among all stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to meet project objectives.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in all project activities.
- Review and approve project plans, specifications, and other technical documents.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
- Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, including clients and upper management.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the concrete industry.
- Strong knowledge of concrete materials, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
