You will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned and progressing as planned.
- Monitor project performance and implement necessary changes to ensure successful outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management regarding project status and updates.
- Utilize project management tools and software such as Comsense, and ProTech for tracking project progress.
- Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, particularly in Division 8.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a commercial setting.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, particularly Avaware, Comsense, and ProTech.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Solid understanding of Division 8 in the construction industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
