You will be overseeing the installation of commercial doors across various construction projects, including multifamily housing, government facilities, K-12 schools, and commercial spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop project plans and timelines to ensure successful project execution.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to gather requirements and ensure project alignment.
- Manage budgets and resources, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints.
- Prepare and review Requests for Information (RFIs) and ensure timely responses.
- Ensure all construction drawings and specifications are accurately followed and implemented.
- Utilize Bluebeam software for project documentation and collaboration.
- Supervise project progress, conducting regular site visits and meetings to track milestones.
- Implement project management best practices and methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with all project stakeholders.
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to management and clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in project management software, including Microsoft Project and Bluebeam.
- Strong understanding of commercial construction practices and Division 8 specifications.
- Experience with commercial doors, hardware, and related systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze project drawings and specifications critically.
- Familiarity with Comsense and Avaware software is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
