Looking for a PM to join the team, our office is in Phoenix.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specialized in coatings to oversee and lead various projects within the industrial and commercial coatings sectors. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of coatings technology to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple coatings projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on coatings solutions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and production, to ensure project alignment and execution.
• Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track.
• Conduct regular project meetings with stakeholders to communicate updates and address any issues that arise.
• Prepare and present project reports, including status updates and financial summaries, to senior management and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management roles, specifically within the coatings industry.
• Strong knowledge of industrial and commercial coatings applications and technologies.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
