Project Manager - Architecture | Design

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager in Architecture and Design to lead complex architectural projects from conception through completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, design, and project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget while maintaining high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural projects from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring resource allocation and risk management.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design integrity and compliance with regulations.
• Utilize Revit and AutoCAD for design development and project presentations.
• Conduct regular project meetings and maintain clear communication with all parties involved.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Prepare project documentation, including reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Professional certification such as AIA or NCARB is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the architecture and design industry.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD software.
• Strong understanding of complex project management methodologies and best practices.
• Experience in managing sports and large-scale complex projects is a plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
