We have a 300 Unit Garden-style master plan community breaking ground just outside of Santa Barbara and need to add a Project Engineer to our team. - Multi-family projects
- 300 unit Garden-style master plan community
- Work with Project Managers to ensure project success and completion
- Work your way towards a project management promotion
- Submittals & change orders
- 1 year as a Project Engineer
- 1 year in Multi-family
- BS in Construction Management or related
- Base ($75,000-$100,000) Bonus
