Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage engineering projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with project teams, including architects, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure project milestones are met.
- Review and approve submittals and RFIs, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Prepare project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets.
- Facilitate communication between various stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering or related field.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, MEP systems, and construction management practices.
- Proficient in project coordination and management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
