Key Responsibilities
- Manage land development projects, including grading, drainage, and civil site development activities.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop and execute project plans and schedules.
- Prepare and review engineering designs, specifications, and reports.
- Conduct site assessments and prepare feasibility studies for commercial and residential developments.
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding land development.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, government officials, and community members.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in land development engineering.
- Strong knowledge of grading, drainage, and site development practices.
- Experience with commercial and residential projects is preferred.
- Proficiency in engineering design software and tools.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
