Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage data center construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, and timeline.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure successful project execution.
- Implement Building Information Modeling (BIM) for effective project planning and management.
- Utilize project management software such as CMiC and P6 for tracking progress and reporting.
- Oversee the integration of liquid cooling systems and other mission-critical infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct training and development sessions for project teams to enhance skills and knowledge in data center operations.
- Collaborate with cloud service providers like AWS, Meta, and Google to align project goals with industry standards and requirements.
- Foster relationships with stakeholders and communicate project status effectively to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 10 years of experience in project management within the data center or construction industry.
- Proven leadership experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
- Expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and project management software (CMiC, P6).
- Strong knowledge of data center operations, cloud-based systems, and mission-critical infrastructure.
- Experience with liquid cooling systems and hyper-scale data center environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Salary : $220,000 - $300,000
