Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities and manage the production team.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all manufacturing processes.
- Implement Lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Monitor production metrics and report on performance against targets.
- Coordinate packaging operations to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and processes to ensure optimal operation.
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Experience in the food industry is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in analyzing data and using it to drive decisions.
