Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet demand forecasts and customer requirements.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply of materials for production.
- Collaborate with supply chain management to align production with procurement and logistics.
- Conduct demand forecasting and analysis to inform production planning decisions.
- Utilize ERP systems to track production metrics and inventory status.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline processes and reduce waste.
- Monitor and analyze production performance and quality control metrics.
- Facilitate continuous process improvement initiatives in production planning and scheduling.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in production planning or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.
- Familiarity with demand forecasting techniques and tools.
- Experience with ERP systems and software for production planning.
- Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
