We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Process Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving production processes, ensuring quality standards, and optimizing operational efficiency in the plastics manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Develop and implement process control techniques to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize plastic components using injection molding and welding techniques.
- Conduct troubleshooting and maintenance on hydraulic and pneumatic systems to ensure optimal operation.
- Create and interpret blueprints and schematics to support engineering and manufacturing activities.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in plastics.
- Strong knowledge of injection molding, welding, and other plastic manufacturing processes.
- Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including motor pumps.
- Proficient in reading blueprints and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
