Key Responsibilities
- Lead the structural design and analysis of aircraft components and systems.
- Develop and manage maintenance programs and repair assessment programs for fleet management.
- Ensure compliance with airworthiness directives and federal aviation regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical operations, flight operations, and ground operations to assess and improve aircraft performance.
- Conduct thorough investigations and provide recommendations for structural issues during aircraft maintenance.
- Prepare technical reports and presentations for stakeholders regarding structural integrity and safety standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 15 years of experience in aircraft structural engineering.
- Designated Engineering Representative (DER) qualified is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of airline operations, aircraft maintenance, and repair assessment programs.
- Familiarity with airworthiness directives and federal aviation regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage projects and teams.
- Competitive Compensation: $120-150K - targeted - flexible based on experience

Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
