Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of software solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers in best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver project requirements.
- Troubleshoot complex software issues and optimize performance.
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies to ensure the team is using best practices.
- Contribute to the architecture and design of software systems, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure quality of code through continuous integration and testing.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Linux.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C and experience with embedded systems.
- Experience in network engineering concepts and practices.
- Familiarity with Android AOSP development is a plus.
- Strong management skills and experience leading engineering teams.
- Knowledge of ARM and x86 architectures is preferred.
