- Lead the full preconstruction process from concept through final pricing
- Partner with development design and construction teams to align scope budget and schedule
- Review drawings specifications and design materials to identify risks gaps and value opportunities
- Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates for multifamily projects
- Participate in design meetings and provide cost and feasibility guidance
- Evaluate subcontractor proposals to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Lead constructability reviews and offer recommendations that support efficiency and quality
- Create preliminary schedules that support project goals
- Support smooth handoff of projects into the construction phase

- Proven experience in preconstruction or estimating for multifamily or commercial projects
- 5 years of Preconstruction experience
- BS in Construction Management or related field
- Strong understanding of construction planning methods and sequencing
- Clear and effective communication skills with internal and external partners
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Proficiency with estimating and project management software
