What are the responsibilities and job description for the Preconstruction Manager - Multi-Family/Commercial Construction position at CyberCoders?
We are a leading General Contractor with a long standing reputation for delivering high quality multi family communities and commercial projects throughout the Southeast. With a robust pipeline in the Atlanta market, we are expanding our preconstruction team and looking for a Precon Manager to help lead and drive successful project outcomes from the earliest stages.
The Precon Manager will play a critical role in leading the preconstruction process, responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for ground up multi family and commercial projects. This individual will collaborate closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure budgets are aligned with project goals and market conditions.
What You Will Be Doing
- Creating project plans, budgeting, coordinating with the design team, and working with the construction team to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.
- Commercial & Multi-family Projects in Atlanta
- Ground-up, new construction
- Estimating, budgeting, bids, cost analysis
What You Need for this Position
- 5 years of Preconstruction experience- 2 years of experience as a Preconstruction Manager
- Commercial or Multi-family experience, both is a plus
- BS in Construction Management or related
