About the Opportunity

A growing sports construction contractor is seeking a Preconstruction Coordinator to support bidding, estimating, and project pursuit efforts. This position plays a key role in organizing bid opportunities, maintaining project documentation, coordinating with subcontractors and vendors, and helping ensure proposals are submitted accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

• Track and organize incoming bid opportunities and project information
• Maintain bid calendars, deadlines, and project tracking systems
• Download, organize, and manage plans, specifications, addenda, and bid documents
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors during the bidding process
• Assist estimators with gathering pricing, documentation, and proposal information
• Prepare and assemble bid packages and proposal documents
• Send follow-ups, bid invitations, and project communications
• Track RFIs, addenda, and other project updates
• Maintain organized project files and databases
• Provide administrative support to the estimating and preconstruction team

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience in construction administration, project coordination, estimating support, office administration, or a related field preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Construction industry experience is a plus but not required
