Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Designer to join our team. This position is responsible for designing and developing plumbing systems for various projects, with a focus on healthcare and educational facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background and experience with Revit and fire protection systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop plumbing systems for healthcare and educational facilities.
• Create detailed plumbing plans and specifications using Revit.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate plumbing systems with overall building designs.
• Conduct system calculations and sizing for plumbing components.
• Review and ensure compliance with local codes and regulations.
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates on plumbing design progress.
• Assist with the selection of plumbing fixtures and materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Plumbing Designer, preferably in healthcare and education sectors.
• Proficiency in Revit and other design software.
• Strong understanding of plumbing codes and regulations.
• Certifications such as CPD and CPDT are a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
