We are seeking an experienced PLC/Controls Engineer to join our automation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, programming, and maintaining control systems for industrial automation applications. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the reliable operation of automated processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement PLC programs for industrial automation systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to control systems and PLC hardware.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate SCADA and HMI systems into existing infrastructure.
- Perform system testing and validation to ensure compliance with safety standards and specifications.
- Develop and maintain documentation for control systems, including software and hardware configurations.
- Provide technical support and training to operations staff on control system functionalities.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and reliability.,
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in controls engineering and automation programming.
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming languages and hardware, particularly Siemens and Allen-Bradley systems.
- Familiarity with SCADA, HMI, and industrial networking protocols.
- Experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving in a manufacturing environment.
- Understanding of safety systems and compliance regulations in industrial automation.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
