Playroll Specialist - ONSITE LOCATION -NEAR KATHLEEN GA
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Playroll Specialist to manage and oversee the payroll processes for our organization. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing while complying with all applicable regulations and policies. This role will also involve utilizing payroll software and systems, particularly UKG and UltiPro, to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Utilize UKG and UltiPro systems to manage payroll functions
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll
- Coordinate with HR to ensure accurate employee data is reflected in payroll system
- Generate and distribute payroll reports as required
- Assist in payroll audits and implement best practices for payroll administration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, human resources, or a related field
- 2 years of experience in payroll processing or administration
- Proficiency with payroll software, especially UKG and UltiPro
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Knowledge of current payroll regulations and compliance standards
