This role focuses on plaintiffs medical malpractice and catastrophic injury cases, offering the opportunity to work on sophisticated, high stakes matters from intake through trial in a collaborative litigation environment alongside experienced trial lawyers. Offer
Salary range: $140,000-$190,000 contingent on experience

J.D. from an accredited law school and active Pennsylvania Bar license or ability to waive in promptly
At least two years of experience handling medical malpractice or complex personal injury litigation
Strong legal research and writing skills developed through motion practice and discovery
Experience reviewing and analyzing medical records and working with medical experts
Ability to manage complex litigation files and multiple deadlines effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with clients, experts, and litigation teams
Demonstrated commitment to plaintiff side advocacy and client centered representation Responsibilities
Handle all phases of medical malpractice litigation including case evaluation, intake, and case development
Review, analyze, and synthesize complex medical records and factual materials
Work closely with medical and liability experts to develop case strategy and themes
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and discovery responses in state court litigation
Take and defend depositions of parties, treating providers, and expert witnesses
Participate in motion hearings, trial preparation, and trial proceedings as appropriate
Maintain frequent and professional communication with clients and their families
Collaborate with partners, associates, paralegals, and support staff on complex litigation matters
Uphold the firms standards of excellence, ethics, and client advocacy
