Job Title: Photonics Product Integration Lead

Location: Santa Clara, CA

Compensation: $150K - $250K base DOE plus equity

Requirement: 10 years of Photonics Product Integration experience, Optical Transceiver product experience

Position Overview

We are seeking a Photonics Product Integration Lead to oversee the integration of photonic products from conception to deployment. This role requires a strong understanding of photonics technology and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product integration and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of photonic products, ensuring they meet design specifications and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and manufacturing teams to streamline product development processes.
• Develop and implement integration strategies for optical transceivers and other photonic devices.
• Conduct testing and validation of integrated photonic systems to guarantee functionality and reliability.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders throughout the integration process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in photonics to enhance product integration methods.
  
  

Qualifications

• Master's degree (PhD preferred) in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in photonics integration and product development.
• Strong knowledge of optical transceivers, photonic integrated circuits, and lasers.
• Experience with optical product integration and packaging is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
