Payroll & Benefits Specialist Premier healthcare practice has immediate opening for a long-term contract Payroll & Benefits Specialist.Position Overview:The Payroll & Benefits Specialist is responsible for accurate and timely processing of payroll, administering employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. The ideal candidate must possess strong knowledge of payroll processing, manual checks, FSA deductions, and 401k processing. Experience with ADP, creating reports and FSA disbursements are pluses.Key Responsibilities:Process payroll accurately and on time, including employee salary changesAdminister employee benefits enrollment, status changes, and terminationsWork with payroll vendorHandle manual checks Manage FSA deductions and disbursements.Provide excellent customer service to employees regarding payroll and benefits inquiries.Accurate and timely payroll processing.Maintain and update employee payroll and benefits records.Create and analyze reports to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.Assist with 401k administration and ensure compliance with plan policies. Qualifications:Experience in payroll processing and benefits administrationExperience with ADP payroll softwareWord, Excel, OutlookExcellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentialityStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentCertification in payroll or benefits administration is a plusExperience with creating reports and FSA disbursements is a plusBenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision, Flexible Spending Accounts, Life & Disability, 401K, Pet Insurance,  - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
