Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement payor contracting strategies to enhance revenue streams.
- Negotiate contracts with payors, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the organization.
- Analyze market trends and payor performance to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align contracting strategies with organizational goals.
- Monitor compliance with contract terms and manage relationships with payor representatives.
- Provide guidance to staff on payor contracting issues and processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in payor contracting and negotiations.
- Strong understanding of payor contracts language and healthcare reimbursement processes.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with payors.
