- Supervise and coordinate paving operations at construction sites.
- Manage and train crew members to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Ensure that all paving work complies with project specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor project timelines and adjust schedules as necessary.
- Collaborate with project managers to assess project needs and provide updates on progress.
- Handle equipment maintenance and ensure proper functioning of all paving machinery.
- Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to address concerns and provide solutions.
- Proven experience as a Paving Superintendent or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of paving techniques and materials.
- Experience in managing roadway construction projects.
- Familiarity with heavy civil and municipal construction processes.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
