Qualifications
- 2 years of hands-on patent litigation experience
- Significant experience taking and defending depositions
- In-court experience (Markman hearings, arguments, trials) strongly preferred
- Outstanding academic credentials from a top-tier law school
- Strong technical background required (electrical engineering, computer science, physics, mechanical engineering, or equivalent); undergraduate or graduate technical degree required
- USPTO admission / Patent Bar strongly preferred
- Excellent writing and analytical skills
- Federal clerkship is a plus
- Full BigLaw benefits package
- Reasonable billable expectation well below BigLaw average
- Collegial culture with immediate courtroom opportunities and direct client contact
