Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Partner to join our General Liability Trial Work team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and expertise in general liability litigation, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex cases and delivering favorable outcomes for clients. This position will play a critical role in leading litigation strategies, mentoring junior attorneys, and contributing to the growth of the firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of general liability litigation cases from inception to trial
• Develop and implement effective litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes
• Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and support staff
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Prepare and present compelling arguments in court
• Negotiate settlements and alternative dispute resolutions as needed
• Stay updated on legal trends and developments in general liability and related fields
  
  

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active bar membership in the relevant jurisdiction
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in general liability litigation
• Demonstrated success in managing complex cases and achieving favorable outcomes
• Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations related to general liability
• Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in construction liability, UM/UIM, product liability, commercial motor vehicle defense, or commercial liability is a plus
