Key Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents and filings
- Conduct legal research to support case preparation
- Manage and organize case files and documentation
- Prepare for trials, hearings, and client meetings
- Communicate with clients and witnesses as needed
- Assist in the preparation of discovery materials
- Maintain and update legal databases and software
- Ensure compliance with state and federal legal procedures
- Certification from a recognized paralegal program is preferred
- Personal injury experience at a plaintiff law firm is preferred
- Experience in personal injury law is a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is highly desirable
- Proficiency in legal software such as PC Law or Needles
- Strong knowledge of legal documentation and legal research techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
