- Manage and oversee daily operations of the wastewater treatment facility
- Ensure compliance with EPA, CDPHE, and other environmental regulations
- Develop and implement operational strategies for efficiency and effectiveness
- Oversee resource allocation and budgeting processes
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary
- Lead and mentor a team of operational staff
- Manage supply chain processes and inventory management
- Ensure quality assurance and compliance with operational standards
