- Experience in municipal law
- Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
- Experience advising public entities and drafting ordinances, resolutions, contracts, and policies
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships and attend public meetings
- Advise city councils, mayors, and staff on legal compliance and governance
- Draft and review ordinances, resolutions, contracts, and other municipal documents
- Represent municipalities in litigation, hearings, and administrative proceedings
- Provide guidance on land use, zoning, ethics, public records, and procurement
- Attend council and commission meetings and respond to client inquiries
- Collaborate with firm attorneys and staff to deliver high-quality service
- Base salary: $85K-$170K DOE
