What are the responsibilities and job description for the Multifamily Superintendent position at CyberCoders?
We are a family owned developer/builder in business for more than 35 years and operating in 6 states along the east coast. We are looking for a project superintendent to join our team for a 3-4yr multifamily project just outside of Pittsburgh. What You Will Be Doing
The Project Superintendent is responsible for overseeing general construction operations of a $60-$70M ground up multifamily project
Schedule and manage company self perform crews, subcontractors, consultants etc.
Maintain a rolling 3-week look ahead schedule
Enforce jobsite safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings
Track ASIs, RFIs and material submittals
Investigate and resolve day-to-day field issues
Identify and implement recovery strategies to maintain project schedule
Provide daily correspondence to the Project Manager related to progress, performance
Lead daily work huddles and weekly sub meetings
Maintain professional working relationships with Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Subcontractors
Ideally, 4 years working as a superintendent
Experience with multifamily projects is highly desired
Must at least have experience in general commercial projects
Proven track record of delivering projects of at least $10M, on time and under budget
Ability to problem solve, balancing team vs individual responsibilities, prioritizes work activities and uses time efficiently
