- Coordinating and scheduling the work of subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensuring that all safety standards are met and followed
- Monitoring and supervising the progress of the construction work
- Interacting with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
- Resolving any conflicts and issues that may arise during the construction process
- Providing updates to the project team on the progress of the construction work
- Preparing and submitting reports on the status of the project
- 3 years of experience in multi-family construction (apartments, condos, etc)
- Strong knowledge of construction scheduling and subcontractor management
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
