Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review all loan closing documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with lenders, title companies, and clients to schedule closing dates and times.
- Ensure that all necessary documentation is collected and properly executed prior to closing.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the closing process, addressing any questions or concerns from clients.
- Maintain detailed records of all transactions, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Proven experience in the mortgage industry, preferably in a closing or administrative role.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
