This role is critical in managing subcontractors and collaborating with project managers to facilitate successful project completion, particularly in residential and healthcare construction environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all MEP activities on construction sites to ensure compliance with design specifications and local regulations.
- Manage schedules and budgets for MEP installations, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
- Lead and supervise the MEP subcontractors, providing guidance and resolving any issues that arise during the construction process.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP systems into overall project planning and execution.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on MEP progress, issues, and resolutions for project management review.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP construction supervision, with a focus on residential and healthcare projects.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction practices related to MEP systems.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to liaise with various stakeholders.

Salary : $150,000 - $165,000
