The MEP Superintendent - Mission Critical will oversee and manage mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems for mission-critical facilities, ensuring the successful execution of projects in data centers and related environments. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the installation and maintenance of MEP systems in data centers and mission-critical facilities.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction activities and compliance with safety standards.
- Oversee the commissioning process of MEP systems to ensure proper functionality and performance.
- Assist in the preparation of project schedules, budgets, and reports for stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members on MEP-related issues.
- Proven experience as an MEP Superintendent in mission-critical environments such as data centers or cold storage facilities.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction processes.
- Experience in managing large-scale industrial or manufacturing projects.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel as required for project needs.
