Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee MEP project planning and execution from conception to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment and compliance.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure all MEP systems are designed and installed in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in MEP project management in the construction industry.
- Proven experience in managing multifamily projects.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead a team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
