We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Attorney specializing in Medical Malpractice to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will represent clients in medical negligence cases, working diligently to secure favorable outcomes while providing exceptional legal counsel and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in medical malpractice cases through all phases of litigation
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Advocate for clients in court and during trial proceedings
- Interview clients and witnesses to gather facts and evidence for cases
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients as necessary
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting medical malpractice
- Collaborate with medical experts and other specialists to build strong cases
- Jurisdiction-appropriate law degree and bar admission
- Proven experience in litigation, specifically in medical malpractice cases
- Strong understanding of medical and legal terminology
- Excellent research, writing, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
- Trial experience is a plus, particularly in trial court settings
