- Coordinate and schedule project activities with subcontractors and labor
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Manage project budgets and monitor expenses
- Lead and mentor team members to ensure effective collaboration
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and performance
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and reports
- Utilize AutoCAD for project planning and execution
- Implement field coordination strategies for efficiency
- Address and resolve any project-related issues or challenges
- Experience working with water/wastewater treatment plants
- 3 years professional experience
- HVAC, plumbing, and utility systems experience
- Experience with grading, trenching, and large diameter piping
- BS in Construction Management or similar (have I mentioned these are NOT required?)
