The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that mechanical systems in datacenters are designed, installed, and operated efficiently and reliably, contributing to the overall success of our projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the commissioning process for mechanical systems in datacenters, ensuring compliance with design specifications and operational requirements.
- Conduct site visits to evaluate mechanical installations and verify that systems meet performance standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams during the design and commissioning phases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize mechanical engineering designs for mission-critical facilities.
- Ensure all mechanical systems are designed and operated in accordance with LEED standards and sustainability guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering within mission-critical facilities, particularly datacenters.
- Proven expertise in commissioning mechanical systems and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering design principles and practices.
- Experience with LEED certification processes is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
