The Process Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and efficiency. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that processes meet quality standards and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement
- Design and implement process enhancements using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Conduct root cause analysis to resolve production issues
- Collaborate with the manufacturing team to ensure smooth process execution
- Develop and maintain documentation for process workflows and quality standards
- Train and mentor staff on process improvements and best practices
- Monitor process performance and recommend adjustments as necessary
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (Preferred)
- Proven experience in process engineering, preferably in plastics or injection molding
- Strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma principles
- Experience with root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques
- Demonstrated ability to implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in process simulation software and data analysis tools
- Great work environment
- Base Salary Range: $100k-$125k (Depending on experience)
