Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality.
- Use CAD software to create and modify engineering drawings and specifications.
- Program and operate CNC machine tools.
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Conduct root cause analysis for manufacturing issues and develop corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CAD software.
- Experience with manufacturing processes and techniques.
- Knowledge of CNC machine tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
