Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and improving manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency and quality in production. This role is integral to optimizing performance and reducing costs while maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement manufacturing processes to improve production efficiency
- Create and modify 3D models and technical drawings using SolidWorks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve manufacturing challenges
- Conduct process simulations and analysis to validate production methods
- Develop and maintain documentation related to manufacturing processes and procedures
- Provide technical guidance and support to production teams
- Assess and recommend equipment and tooling improvements for increased productivity
- Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency in SolidWorks for 3D modeling and design
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and techniques
- Experience with CAD and CNC programming is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of industry safety standards and regulations
