Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Conduct root cause analysis to resolve production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Utilize Six Sigma methodologies to enhance quality control and process improvement efforts.
- Create and refine CAD models for manufacturing designs and layout planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production planning and scheduling.
- Analyze statistical data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions for process enhancements.
- Evaluate and integrate automation technologies to streamline manufacturing operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in manufacturing processes.
- Lead projects focused on cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as a Manufacturing Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and techniques.
- Experience with Six Sigma or other quality control methods.
- Proficiency in CAD software for design and modeling purposes.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with statistical analysis tools.
- Familiarity with material science principles and their applications in manufacturing.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
