Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the manufacturing engineering team to ensure effective execution of engineering projects.
- Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions and product improvements.
- Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective actions to improve product quality and manufacturing processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in manufacturing operations.
- Mentor and train engineering staff to enhance their skills and career development.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and principles.
- Experience with SolidWorks and industrial manufacturing practices.
- Familiarity with gears and gearing systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
